Despite having assimilated into Korean society, he wonders what he left behind decade ago when he first left his hometown. His peculiar position as an expat working in a homogenous culture, leads him to wonder if there is any mentor who can advise him. For want of an exemplary figure, he reflects on his childhood hero.
